| Rates are based on two people per double bed in each cabin or studio unit. |
| Additional guests are $70 per week, or $10 per day. |
| No additional charge for children 5 and younger. |
| A deposit of $250 per cabin reserved is required to guarantee your reservation. |

Deposits cannot be refunded unless cancelation is at least 90 days prior to reservation
date and cabin is rented to another party. |
| A 3% surcharge applies for refunds of deposit if made by credit card. |
| Payment in full is required upon check-in. |
| Cabins and rental equipment will be charged for the entire reservation, regardless of the length of stay. |
